The Space:

BEDROOMS
– As you make your way through the luxurious interiors of this opulent abode, you’ll find yourselves 7 spacious and well-maintained rooms – 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– Exuding a warm yet luxurious aura, all these bedrooms offer a range of amenities to ensure utmost comfort.
– Amenities such as a king-sized bed, an attached balcony, AC, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom are common throughout these 7 bedrooms.
– 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and all bedrooms on the first floor offer an extra foldable bed and a rollaway bed.
– One of the rooms on the first floor, offers a huge expanse and a wrap-around balcony, with a view of the mountains on one side and fields on the other.
– 3 of the rooms on the ground floor also provide wheelchair access.

BATHROOMS
– There are 7 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room – on the ground floor.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– With the melodies of the rippling waters of the river echoing through the expanse of this uber-luxe abode, a walk through the stunning interiors will lead you to a spacious living room on the ground floor.
– This spacious living room is replete with amenities such as a comfortable recliner sofa for 12 people, TV, Wi-Fi, and a music system.
– Its spacious confines open up to the turf and the infinity pool.
– There is a quaint dining area which is a component of the living room that can seat up to 20 people comfortably.
– Making your way to the first floor, there is a spacious lounge area replete with a foosball table and an outdoor deck.
– One can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding verdure on the terrace while sipping on your favourite hot brew.
– Guests can access the terrace till 6 PM.
– These roomy interiors of this property will lead you to the green exteriors that are definitely the highlight of this place.
– The outdoor deck on the ground floor leads you to the turf which is 1800 sq.ft. in size.
– It is flanked by a viewing deck on the right side, complete with snug seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
– The verdurous exteriors are also well complemented by an outdoor infinity pool from where you can enjoy a soothing dip while washing away your worries.
– The pool is 40×15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
– Guests can access the pool till 10 PM.
– A little further away on the lower level of the turf and pool, this abode is flanked by a lush lawn.
– Spreading across an area of about 9000 sq.ft., guests can stroll around while admiring the views of the misty mountains that are a delight to watch especially in the monsoons.
– Guests can also access the river through the property and enjoy spending some quality time by its gushing waters.

KITCHEN
– There are 2 kitchens – one on the ground floor and one in the basement.
– Guests only have access to the kitchen on the ground floor for reheating purposes.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
– All vegetarian & non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen in the basement. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, exclusive of meal charges.

This perfect hillside getaway offers an exclusive assortment of carefully designed experiences for guests that ensure a memorable stay here! Within the premises, the exteriors feature extensive river views from where the guests may spend a leisurely morning al fresco breakfast setup whilst basking in the calming ambiance around them. Unwind and relax with your loved ones by the infinity pool. The dewy lawn makes sure you have a wonderful one-on-one with nature whilst also enjoying the lush views that blend with it. When the night sets in, relish a hearty barbecue meal.
