Aqua and Sage

Located in the serene town of Karjat, this quaint villa is nestled in a cosy nook, swathed in incredible landscapes and a refreshing breeze. It offers spacious indoor spaces, tastefully furnished with modern conveniences to ensure your utmost comfort. Seamlessly opening up to the outdoors, the home features lush green lawns and gardens and is situated by the river. Guests can take a lazy stroll by the river, enjoy a splash in the private swimming pool and savour the breathtaking views that are bound to surround them.

This is not a wheelchair friendly property. Pets are welcome!

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 cosy bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi access, AC, attached bathrooms and gorgeous views of the forest.
– All bedrooms on the first floor open up to the terrace.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, equipped with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
– It offers TV and Wi-Fi access.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and offers seating for up to 8 people.
– The exteriors of the property boast a beautiful lawn, 4000 sq. metres in size.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private swimming pool, 20×15 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.
– Guests can soak in the picturesque views from the private terrace, complete with seating arrangements and a swing.
– Guests have direct access to the river on the premises.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, dishwasher, toaster, and mixer.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
– Please note that outside food is not allowed.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at an additional cost. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
This nature escape promises a plethora of amenities and experiences. Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool or gather their loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the pristine river and embrace its beauty.
