– There are 3 bedrooms, all the bedrooms are on the first floor.
– TV, WiFi, heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– Balconies are offered in 2 of the rooms.
– All rooms have king-sized beds.
BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – 3 attached, 1 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats 6 people and offers WiFi.
– The dining area seats 6 people.
– There is an attic room where kids can play with a host of toys, slides, play-tent and PlayStation.
– There is a lawn with seating and a gazebo.
KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to reheat the meals.
– It is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a coffee/tea maker and an induction plate.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
– A complimentary breakfast and dinner are offered.
– Veg and non-veg meals are priced at Rs.950 per person, per meal. A copy of the snack menu will be available in every room and can be ordered à la carte when needed.
– Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Zevnar Sher E Punjab, Cafeteria, Amantran and The Tribe Cafe.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day, including meals.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy peaceful reading or play indoor games like cards, mahjong, TT and ludo. Guests can relish a barbecue meal or unwind and simply soak in the beautiful views around.

– The villa is relatively secluded.
– This property is not suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
– Accommodation for the personal staff can be arranged in an outhouse.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 12 hours.
– The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property.
– WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
– During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
– Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
HOUSE RULES
– Loud music is not allowed.
– Drinking is allowed only outdoors.
– Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
