Vinho Sunsets is set by a guava and farms, so don’t be surprised by the subtle revitalising fruity whiff you will be waking up to, during your stay here. With the amount of greenery you’re surrounded by, strolling through the property with a cup of tea in your hand is a peaceful way to start the day. You might then like to swim in the pool, again taking in the views, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere – it’s hard to believe you’re so close to the main city of Nashik. Stroll into the farms for an exotic fruit-picking experience. Head out for a quick meal at the local Misal Pav joints or explore Sula Wines, just a few minutes from the home. Enjoy an ATV ride around the farm. As evening falls, you might want to head to one of the viewing decks and prepare your grill for a scrumptious BBQ night, as you share a bottle of wine you picked out from the winery – it’s the perfect way to end your wine-capital holiday.
ADD-ON SERVICES
Indulge in a private farm visit! Guests can access the private farmlands at no additional cost. Stroll through the Guava & Grape plantations and buy some fresh organic produce.
A barbecue kit can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
A bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per session.
A 10-minute ATV ride can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person.
For pets, guests are liable to pay a security deposit of Rs. 5000.

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

House Rules
- Please note that the location of this villa is secluded.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property, however only 1 pet is allowed. Guests are requested to carry suitable sleeping arrangements for their pets.
- This is a not wheelchair-friendly property
- Guests are advised to shut the windows and doors in the evenings, especially during the monsoon season, given the presence of insects and bugs around.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support the AC’s, fans and lights for up to 8 hours
- All mobile networks work fairly well here
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care
- Please note that pets are not allowed in the pool or bedrooms.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
