From the moment you arrive until you depart, Villa 41 takes luxury to a whole new level with amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, private movie theatre, barbecue, and gaming zone. Exuding warmth and vibrancy, every corner of the house is inviting with its tasteful interiors and cozy balconies apt for coffee and conversations. The villa sleeps between 15-20 people and is perfect for a group of family and friends.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:
– Cupboards, fresh linen, and pillows
– Extra mattresses on request.
– Secured parking space for 2 cars.
– Medical kit
– Wi-Fi is accessible only in the living area.
– Secured parking for _ cars.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 6 bedrooms in the villa – 2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, and 1 in the basement.
– All rooms offer AC.
– 4 rooms are equipped with a TV.
– King-sized beds are offered in 4 rooms, 1 room on the first floor has a queen-sized bed and the room in the basement has 2 single beds.
– The bedroom in the basement and one of the bedrooms on the first floor (the kids’ room) are relatively small.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common powder room on the ground floor and 1 common powder room in the basement.
– All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor and provides comfortable seating arrangements for 20  people.
– It is equipped with an AC.
– The villa has a private swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
– The pool is 18x18ft. in size and 4ft. in depth.
– The jacuzzi (not temperature controllable) is accessible at no additional cost.
– There is a gaming zone in the basement.
– The gaming zone includes a table tennis board and a poker table.
– The basement also has a dance floor and a theatre room.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery for 20 people.

FOOD
– All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– For groups of fewer than 6 guests, a chef can be arranged at an additional cost, if confirmed 48 hours prior to their check-in.
– All meals will be prepared in a centralized kitchen and delivered to the villa.
– Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
– In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
– The meal pricing will be higher for certain peak/festive dates.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
– Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and the 2 bars. Apart from this, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION 
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES 
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the swimming pool or play indoor games. Guests can enjoy their favourite movies in the theatre room and dance away on the dance floor. They can also enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi.
