The WaterWillow is a transcendent green haven, punctuated with uninterrupted mountainscapes of the Dhauladhar Mountain Range, the Pir Panjal Peak and the city of Manali. Nestled in a quaint nook of the snow-covered Manali, this cosy home is a lovely piece of heaven. One enters this enchanting escape as if walking through a wood and emerald oasis, with rabbits hopping aimlessly in the gardens, apricot, cherry, apple and kiwi creepers adorning the lawns, and the therapeutic humming of the gentle stream that follows you throughout. Mirroring the soothing aura, the indoor spaces are carefully designed and furnished in a calming palette of whites and browns.

The home’s proximity to gorgeous treks and winding trails is certainly noteworthy, whilst the paragliding pick-up point lies right around the corner, a big draw for adventure enthusiasts. For those who wish to stay in, the enamouring landscapes and the curated selection of reads will keep you ample company. With Old Manali & the Mall road merely 6 kms away, sightseeing will be a breeze. However, the home’s distinct feature is its picturesque sunroom, which offers entrancing views of the soaring peaks, and its awe-inspiring facade that is promised to leave you spell-bound. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 5 well-furnished bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
– All bedrooms offer a spectrum of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a TV, Wi-Fi access, radiator, wardrobe, couches and an ensuite bathroom.
– The bedroom on the ground floor and 1 bedroom on the first have twin beds, and all other rooms are equipped with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
– All bedrooms offer spectacular views of the mountains.
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
– Enter the home and welcome cosy indoor spaces, thoughtfully furnished with plush seating arrangements.
– There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, with lounge-style seating space for up to 15 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities including a TV, heater and Wi-Fi access.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and features wood-carved tables and chairs. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
– The sunroom makes for an ideal Guests can bask in the sun and make the most of the sunroom on the first floor.
– This luxe villa also features stocked bookshelves, perfect for all avid readers.

OUTDOOR AREAS
– The living area opens up to the sprawling exteriors of the property, featuring beautiful, verdant gardens that are dotted with fragrant flowers like hydrangeas and red and yellow arrowheads.
– There is a lush green lawn, ideal for a lazy morning stroll. It is embellished with collapsible umbrellas that provide ample shade.
– There is a tiled walkway leading up to the entrance of the property.
– Guests can enjoy a splash in the gurgling stream featuring trouts, that flows through the property.
– It also boasts a gazebo, with seating arrangements for up to 8 people.

KITCHEN
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– A chef can be arranged to prepare basic in-house meals at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male or 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES 
A luxe getaway engulfed in bliss and solace, this holiday home is a nature lover’s paradise. A perfect escape from the mundanity that surrounds every day, within the property, guests can start their day with a leisurely stroll in the green gardens, in the company of sweet birdsong, serving as the perfect soundscape. Enjoy a friendly match of badminton. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like table tennis. Snuggle with a book to read in the gazebo, amidst the breathtaking mountainscapes.

Relish delectable meals, that are provided at an additional cost. Head over to the sunroom for an afternoon spent basking in the sun and soaking in the bewitching surroundings. The stream on the premises of the property is perfect for a refreshing splash. You will find rabbits and bunnies hopping around the property. Venture out on nearby treks and trails. Devour a sumptuous barbecue meal. Huddle around the bonfire and take home a bag of memories. Go home relaxed and rejuvenated.
