The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 6 well-furnished bedrooms spread across 2 units. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 1 on the second floor of each unit. 
– All bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a king-sized bed, heater, TV, electric kettle, separate seating areas, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms. 
– All bedrooms on the first floor also offer an attached balcony, complete with seating arrangements and overlooking the sprawling lawn and forest. 
– 1 of the bedrooms on the first floor of each unit has an attached attic equipped with a single bed, ideal for kids. 
Please note there are 8 bedrooms in the property, out of which guests have access to 6. The additional 2 bedrooms have a separate entrance, and if guests require additional bedrooms, these can be included as a part of their stay at an additional cost. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 6 ensuite bathrooms. 
– All bathrooms have hairdryers, geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

INDOOR AREAS
– There are 2 expansive living rooms – 1 on the ground floor of each unit. 
– Both living rooms offer comfortable sofa-style seating for up to 10 people. It is equipped with a TV, heater, indoor fireplace and Wi-Fi. 
– There are 2 dining areas, part of the living rooms of each unit. Both can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 

OUTDOOR AREAS 
– The exteriors of the property boast verdant, manicured lawns, 2000 sq. ft. and 1,500 sq. ft. in size. 
– The lawns offer ample seating arrangements and can seat up to 25 and 20 people respectively. 

KITCHEN
– There are 2 kitchens – 1 in each unit. 
– Guests may use the kitchens to prepare their own meals of Rs. 1000 per day. 
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
– Breakfast here is complimentary.
– All vegetarian meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.

GUEST ACCESS
There are 2 units on the premises of the property, guests have access to both units. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no designated staff accommodation at the property. However, personal staff can be accommodated in a nearby hotel on prior request, at an additional cost.

Play indoor games and spend time with your loved ones. Request for a bonfire to be lit up, ideal in the chilly weather. 

Venture out and explore the scenic neighbourhood. Embark on guided heritage walks and explore the quaint hamlets of Manali. Enjoy picnics amidst the rising mountain ranges and unseen nooks of the Himalayas. Enjoy a day out traversing through the dense cedar forests, and embrace the vivid rhododendron trees and ferns that are prerequisites here. Reconnect with nature and yourself. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A barbecue kit can be provided on request. 
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 1.5 hours. 
– The indoor fireplaces can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 800 per load of wood.
– A 3-hour guided heritage walk can be arranged for the guests.
– Himalayan picnic can be arranged for the guests. 
– Forest trails and treks can also be arranged. 
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– Please note there are 8 bedrooms in the property, out of which guests have access to 6. The additional 2 bedrooms have a separate entrance, and if guests require additional bedrooms, these can be included as a part of their stay at an additional cost. 
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights for up to 5 hours. 
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. 
– Please note that if guests were to book the listing, they would be accommodated in a separate studio room within the premises. The 3-bedroom cottage will not be a part of this listing and guests do not have access to it.

HOUSE RULES
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
– All-male groups are not allowed. 
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
