Start every morning with a picture perfect view of the valley and the gushing Jana fall which makes for a calming background score. As the sun starts to set and the winds get chilly, gather around the bonfire or fireplace and enjoy a hearty barbecue spread of Himachali cuisine!

The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
– There are 5 bedrooms  – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. 
– There are 2 suite rooms on the first floor. 
– Heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
– TV is offered in the room on the ground floor. 
– All rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
– There are 6 bathrooms in the villa – 5 attached, 1 common. 
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– Bathtubs are offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room seats up to 15 people. 
– The dining room seats up to 6 people. 
– There is a 21,780 sq. ft lawn.
– It can seat up to 60 people at any given time. 

KITCHEN
– Kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 

FOOD
– Meals are priced at Rs.800 per meal for vegetarian and Rs.900 per meal for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
– Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Nagar Delight and Nightingale Cafe.  
– BBQ is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person per day for veg and Rs. 2500 per person per day for non-veg.
– Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. 
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 maid staff and 1 driver at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, excluding meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
– The indoor fireplace is not operational. 
– This property is not suitable for pets. 
– There is no water purifier. The tap water comes filtered.
– The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
– We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
– Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. 
– During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per night. 
– Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. 
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates

HOUSE RULES
– Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
– Drinking is allowed only allowed in the living room and the library area. 
– Smoking is allowed only outdoors. 
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
– Stags are not allowed at the property.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
