ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost. 
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 3 pets at an additional charge of Rs 1500. 
– Inside the property, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
– Please clean up after your pets, both inside the rooms and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the property will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 
– Heater, Wi-Fi, electric kettle, king-sized beds, mountain views and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– Both bedrooms on the first floor offer an attached balcony overlooking mesmerizing views.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, separate wet and dry areas and basic toiletries.
– One of the bathrooms offers a bathtub.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor and it offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people. 
– It is equipped with a heater, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and a wired music system. 
– There is a separate dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people and offers splendid mountain views. 
– There are beautiful 1500 sq. ft lawns surrounding the cottage on 3 sides, along with a 600 sq. ft. tiled area for seating.
– Guests can enjoy the al fresco dining experience on the outdoor elevated machan. It can seat up to 6 people and overlooks stunning views. 
– Guests can soak in gorgeous 360 degree views from the terrace. 
– Guests can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the in-house jacuzzi.

KITCHEN
– There are 2 kitchens – indoor and outdoor. Guests do not have access to the outdoor kitchen.
– Guests may use the indoor kitchen to make tea/coffee only. No other cooking is allowed.
– Outside food is not allowed.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, as per the menu. Children between 5-10 years will be charged half the price of adults.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
– Outside food is not allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the outdoor kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day. Simple meals will be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person, per day. The staff will be accommodated in the outhouse. Commercial vehicle drivers will not be allowed on the premises of the property.

ACTIVITIES

You can enjoy a great blend of adventure and relaxation during your day at The Haven in Kasauli. Savour a lavish meal outside while taking in the morning sun. Play activities indoors, such as ludo and cards, throughout the day, or ask for a bonfire to make your evening more intimate. As the sun sets, enjoy your favourite cocktails at the bar while dining on a mouthwatering BBQ. Oh, if you’re looking to enjoy thrilling hikes, there’s a trail that starts directly behind the home. Apart from that, you can also go on to enjoy roaming around the villa that has many other tourist attractions. If you’re looking to enjoy a special occasion, we provide Himachali Dhaam, karaoke, and live performers, whether it’s a little get-together or a large celebration.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Sumptuous vegetarian and non-vegetarian barbecue meals, prepared in a natural coal-fired barbecue kit, are available at an additional cost. Please refer to the menu for the pricing.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2 hours.
– Guests can access the jacuzzi at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 2 hours.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 6 hours. 
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– There is an indoor fireplace, however, guests cannot use it.
– Please note that outside food is not allowed. 
– Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
– All mobile networks work fairly well. 
– This is a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per dog, per day.
– This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. There are approximately 20-30 steps leading up to the villa.
– Stags are not allowed.

HOUSE RULES
– Loud music is not allowed post 10:30 PM.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas. 
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.

– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

COMMON AREAS
– The villa opens up to an expansive drawing room on the ground floor, furnished with vibrant sofa-style seating for up to 12 people.
– It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a TV, AC, heater, Wi-Fi and a portable CCTV camera. 
– There is a separate airconditioned dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 people. 
– The living room opens up to a beautiful deck, overlooking breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery. 

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional charge. 
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.
