- Loud music is not allowed post 11pm.
- Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire.
- Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable.
- Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Stays, are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa.
- A cleaning charge of Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets.
- Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of Stays, are not allowed at the property.
- Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of Stays, with additional charges.
- Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of stays.
- Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
