This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– Brimming with cosy yet eclectic interiors, this homestay features 2 bedrooms – both on the ground floor of the property.
– Both bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities such as a king-sized bed, heater, wardrobe, electric kettle, and electric blanket.
– One of the rooms features an extra mattress whereas the other room offers an extra foldable bed.
– Both rooms have an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 2 ensuite bathrooms
– Both bathrooms have a 24-hour hot water supply, towels, hair dryers, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The holiday home features a cosy living room on the ground floor, eloquently furnished with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people.
– The living room is also equipped with a range of amenities such as a TV, and a heater.

KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen only for reheating purposes.
– The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, and water purifier.
– Crockery and cutlery are provided.

FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to only the ground floor of the villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and lives on the first floor and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available at all times.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can access the heater at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per night.
– Laundry services can be availed by the guests for an additional charge.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– Guests have access to only the ground floor of the property.
– Please note that the host resides on the first floor of this property.
– The location of the villa is secluded.
– This is a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all appliances for up to 24 hours.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– The caretaker does not reside on the premises of the property.
– The property houses a friendly dog on its premises.
– This is a standalone property.

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed outdoors in the common areas.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
