– Bejewelled with contemporary and comfortable furnishings, the rooms offer a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, TV wardrobe, heater and an electric kettle.
– The rooms are air-conditioned and each offer a verdant view of either the lush garden or the serene hills.
– All these well-furnished rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom with a separate dressing area.

BATHROOMS
– There are a total of 4 ensuite bathrooms at the property.
– Each attached bathroom offers geysers, towels, and lavish toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms.

INDOOR AREAS
– As you set your foot through the plush marble facade, be ready to be startled by the euphoric aura of this mountain haven.
– Embellished with lavish Jodhpuri furniture, the living room can seat upto 10 people.
– Built with perfection, the indoor space is brimming with lavish amenities including a TV and a heater to keep guests warm through chilly nights and a music system.
– Guests can sit by the deck area and admire the serenity of Dharamshala or play a game of pool, chess, Life or Monopoly with their friends and family.
– There is a 6 seater dining area where guests can relish scrumptious culinary delights.
– There is a quaint book corner on the ground floor where guests can read a book or peacefully work while they admire nature’s galore.

OUTDOOR AREAS
– This majestic house located atop Dharamshala, is literally luxury wrapped around hills.
– One of the highlights of this meticulously designed property is its views and the multitude of green areas in its premises.
– This home is equipped with a spacious terrace offering the most charming views of the hills and can accommodate up to 50 people; perfect for hosting small events and parties.
– The property is equipped with a beautiful lawn where guests can take a peaceful walk, meditate or play around with your loved ones.
– Guests can sit & relax by the deck area or balcony and dine overlooking the exhilarating views of the verdant hills.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis.
– Please note that outside food is not allowed at the property.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host will not be present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. However, a trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker resides on the premises of the property. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no staff accommodation at the property. However, a stay for personal staff members can be arranged near the property, at an extra cost.

HANDPICKED EXPERIENCES
Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy some quality time while playing some indoor games like chess, monopoly, game of life etc. Play an exciting game of pool with your loved ones or relax by the cosy living area. The gazebo ensures you get the best view of the Dhauladhar Hills. Get to hear the melodious birds and whistling of the cool northern winds from every nook of this beautiful chateau. Stroll along the expanse of the green lawn or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. Find a peaceful nook and immerse yourself in the literary world by grabbing a book off the shelves while also sipping on your hot cuppa.  When the chilly air sets in, guests can request a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also visit the nearby Nagrota Bird Sanctuary or the enchanting monasteries of Dharamshala!

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs. 2500.
– A bonfire set can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs. 2500.
– Guests can use the washing machine at no additional cost.
– The gazebo can be accessed at no additional cost.
– The bar can be used at an additional cost, as per actuals.
– The pool table in the living room can be used at no additional cost.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all appliances for up to 6 hours.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
