– Secured parking space for up to 2 cars

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are welcome.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the lower ground floor.
– All bedrooms offer an array of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including an AC, heater, Wi-Fi access, wardrobe and a  TV.
– 4 bedrooms offer a comfortable queen-sized bed and 1 bedroom has a king-sized bed.
– One of the bedrooms on the first floor opens up to the attached balcony overlooking the rising mountains.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The entrance opens up to an expansive living room on the ground floor, that offers lounge-style seating arrangements for up to 15 people.
– The living room boasts large bay windows, overlooking the splendid landscapes of the greenery and the mountains.
– It is equipped with modern conveniences such as a TV, AC, heater and Wi-Fi access and it opens up to a private, attached balcony.
– The dining area is a part of the living room, and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.
– Guests can savour the breathtaking views and refreshing air while on the terrace, which is complete with ample seating.
– The verdant exteriors of the property are home to lush green gardens, 700 sq. ft. in size.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising solace and solitude, this luxe holiday home hosts a spectrum of experiences. Wake up to the sweet birdsongs, serving as the ideal alarm. Start the day with a lazy stroll in the garden, engulfed in the misty morning breeze. Unwind and relax by the bay windows, with a book to read amidst nature. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Devour a lavish barbecue spread and huddle around the bonfire. Head over to the terrace for an evening spent under the starry night skies. Take home a bag of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per night.
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
– The washing machine can be used at an additional cost, only if the property is booked for more than 5 days.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– This is a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and plug points for up to 3 hours.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
