Slightly off-beat, it features indoor spaces that are eloquently furnished with a myriad of lavish amenities, all at your disposal. The spacious balconies offer enchanting views of the distant hills and lush greenery whilst the snug corners are perfect for an evening spent with your favourite book. End the days with a lavish barbecue meal, around the bonfire, under the starry night skies.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– The home features 3 well-furnished bedrooms – 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
– All bedrooms offer an array of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, heater, electric kettle, wardrobe and ensuite bathrooms. 
– All bedrooms open up to spacious balconies, overlooking spectacular views.
– The room on the second floor is equipped with a TV as well. 
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 ensuite bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The villa opens up to an expansive drawing room on the ground floor, furnished with vibrant sofa-style seating for up to 12 people.
– It is equipped with a variety of amenities including a TV, AC, heater, Wi-Fi and a portable CCTV camera. 
– There is a separate airconditioned dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 people. 
– The living room opens up to a beautiful deck, overlooking breathtaking views of the mountains and lush greenery. 

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional charge. 
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
– Crockery and cutlery are also available.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female and 1 male staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Engulfed in dense verdure, the property promises to solace, bliss and tranquillity. Within the property, guests can wake up to splendid mountainscapes and a misty breeze. Relish your piping hot cup of masaledar chai on the deck, amidst soothing greenery. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Devour a scrumptious barbecue meal and spend quality time with your friends and family. Huddle around the bonfire and take home a bag of memories. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per use. 
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session. 
– The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. 
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– The location of the villa is secluded.
– This is a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. 
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. 
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Smoking indoors is not permitted. 
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
