BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms at this property – all on the ground floor.
– Each of the rooms offer an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
– All the bedrooms are equipped with comfortable, king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room in the living area.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a living room on the ground floor of the property.
– The living room can seat up to 6 people.
– It is equipped with an AC, a wired music system and WiFi.
– There is a dining room that is part of the living room.
– It is equipped with an AC and offers comfortable seating for up 6 people.
– There is a private pool overlooking the surrounding hills, 22×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
– The lawn is equipped with a sit-out space and comfortable upholstered furniture that can seat upto 12 people at any given time.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Guests can also order-in food from local restaurants.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.
