BEDROOMS
– There are 3 bedrooms in this villa – 1 room on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor.
– AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
– One bedroom on the first floor has an attached balcony.
– There are 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size futons and 1 single bed at the villa. There are also 2 sofa beds and extra mattresses that guests can use.
– The bed in the bedroom on the ground floor is low in height.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
– The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
– All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room has a wired music system, AC, and Wi-Fi accessibility.
– It has seating arrangements for 10-12 people.
– A private pool is available for the guests to use.
– There’s a private lawn where guests can unwind.

Guest Access                              
The guests have access to the entire villa including the swimming pool. The villa has a private entrance.  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

Guest Interaction                          
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Kitchen
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave and a water filter.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

Food:
– Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are offered, subject to availability.
– Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian meals are priced at Rs. 2200 per person, per day.
–  Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
– Please inform us of your meal preference in advance and allow us a minimum 48hrs notice prior to your check-in date.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

Staff Accommodation at El Lodge
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private outdoor pool or listen to music. One can also head out to experience all that Lonavala has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located.ADD-ON SERVICES
