As you arrive, a serene ambiance envelops you, thanks to the lush greenery of our vast premises. Wander through our sprawling grounds and discover a hidden gem, a small natural pool inviting you for a refreshing dip. The riverside seating is perfect for moments of tranquillity, where you can watch the water meander gently by. In the evenings, gather around the bonfire pit, or seek shelter in the picturesque gazebo, lit up like a fairytale.

Inside, an entertainment room beckons with a pool table, board games, and a projector for movie screenings under the starry sky. But don’t forget, our location allows you to explore both hidden and famous destinations, making your stay a truly unforgettable adventure. So, from check-in to check-out, our property weaves an enchanting tapestry of memories in the heart of Tirthan Valley.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– All meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis.
– Barbeque kit/grill can be provided at an extra cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– A bonfire can be organised for an extra charge of Rs. 500 per hour, with each additional hour incurring a fee of Rs. 500.
– Guests can use the fireplace, and the first carton of wood is provided free of charge. Any additional cartons will incur a fee of Rs. 300 each.
– Al-fresco dining options are available for the guests at the in-house cafe.
– In case of any events, the staff can stay late and clean up the premises at an extra charge of Rs. 2000.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 500.
– Give your pets a treat and let them take a dive into the healing waters of the pool with natural spring water.In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.
