– All set on the first floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms at this property.
– With a sophisticated arrangement of charming & comfortable wooden furniture that will just put you at ease.
– Each of these bedrooms is equipped with a heater and AC & decked with a king-sized bed, extra mattresses, wardrobes, TV hangers and a separate seating area for guests to enjoy a nice cup of tea with a view.
– The rooms open up to a spacious balcony that is surrounded by valleys & verdancy.
– All of the rooms are equipped with spacious and luxe ensuite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
– There are 3 attached bathrooms at the property.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

– Built by the woods, it is decked with a serene aura and surrounded with greenery all around.
– As you walk through the facade, you will be welcomed by the quiet & cosy living room brimming with comfortable furniture.
– The living room offers comfortable seating space for 10 people and is equipped with a heater, AC and Wi-Fi access.
– Keep the conversation going as you head into the dining area that seats up to 6 people.
– One of the finest joys to enjoy at this property would definitely be the spacious, deck area.
– The greenery is a soothing experience in itself, with sounds of exotic birds and mist forming in the early morning and late evening hours; perfect for peaceful meditation or a fun filled barbecue session with your loved ones!

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Cook/Chef Available.
– Enjoy a customised selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian local specialities.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire first floor except the kitchen In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no staff accommodation at the property. However, a stay for personal staff members can be arranged near the property, at an extra cost.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available for an additional cost of Rs. 1500 plus actual grocery charges.
– A bonfire can be lit up at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per hour.
– Staff accommodation can be provided near the property at an additional cost but the same is subject to availability.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– This villa comprises of 2 floors. The guests have access to the entire first floor except the kitchen. The guests do not have access to the ground floor of the villa.
– There is a common parking for both the floors.
– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can provide backup for 19-20 hrs.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
– The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
