Nestled in the stunning beauty of Manali is Ekaa House, a cosy retreat surrounded by tall mountains. As you arrive, you’ll be amazed by the wide views that seem to go on forever. This place has four spacious bedrooms, one even has a special loft area. During the day, there’s lots to do – inside, you can play fun games like Monopoly, chess, and Ludo, while outside, you can have exciting matches of croquet, badminton, and frisbee. You can also go explore nearby places. In the evening, gather for a nice dinner outside under the stars, next to a warm bonfire, for a cosy and friendly time.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– A barbecue kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Al fresco dining option is available upon request for an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person.
– Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session.
– Extra mattress can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per mattress
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at no additional charge.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
– As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- This is a pet-friendly property.

- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas such as the bedroom and patio.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
