Made with a personal touch, the wooden furnishings, angled ceilings, and large windows give this home so much character. The bright living space is optimum for lounging and unwinding, especially on chilly evenings when you can light the fireplace and nuzzle on the plump sofa with a glass of wine or your favourite hot brew. Relaxation knows no bounds in this utopia of spacious nooks. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, with windows letting the sunlight stream in. From here, you’ve got access to cute little balconies overlooking the orchards and forests, furnished with a patio table where you can indulge in a hot cuppa in the mornings.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– As you make your way through the spacious confines of this property, you’ll find yourselves a set of 3 chic wooden chalets, each housing multiple bedrooms.
– The first unit houses a total of 3 bedrooms – all on the first floor with one being an attic room.
– The second unit which is a replica of the first one also houses a total of 3 bedrooms – all on the first floor with one being an attic room.
– The third unit houses 2 studio apartments – one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
– Get to wake up in the warm confines of these spacious bedrooms, each designed intricately to deliver the best mountain-living experience.

UNIT 1
– The bedrooms of Unit 1 are adorned in regal wooden furnishings and are replete with a cornucopia of amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, Wi-Fi, a heater, a fireplace, an electric blanket, and a wardrobe.
– Two of the rooms on the first floor also feature a common balcony with a splendid backdrop of the surrounding hills.
– Please note that the third bedroom is an attic room that also offers an attached balcony.
– All bedrooms also offer a large and spacious attached bathroom replete with all modern amenities.

UNIT 2
– The bedrooms of Unit 2 are adorned in regal wooden furnishings and are replete with a cornucopia of amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, Wi-Fi, a heater, a fireplace, an electric blanket, and a wardrobe.
– Two of the rooms on the first floor also feature a common balcony with a splendid backdrop of the surrounding hills.
– Please note that the third bedroom is an attic room which also offers an attached balcony.
– All bedrooms also offer a large and spacious attached bathroom replete with all modern amenities.

UNIT 3
– This Unit 3 houses 2 studio apartments – one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor.
– Each apartment has 1 bedroom each replete with amenities such as a king-sized bed, a TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, heater, fireplace, electric kettle, and an electric blanket.
– Both apartment rooms are also equipped with an attached balcony that overlooks the lush orchards and surrounding hills.
– Both rooms offer an ensuite bathroom replete with all modern amenities.
– Both apartments are also equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and all basic crockery and cutlery.

BATHROOMS
– There are a total of 8 ensuite bathrooms.;
– Unit 1 and Unit 2 offer 3 ensuite bathrooms each, and Unit 3 offers 2 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
– One of the attached bathrooms in Unit 1 and Unit 2 also features a hairdryer.

COMMON AREAS
– Oozing nothing but a warm and pleasant aura throughout its expanse, the indoor areas of each of the 3 units are quite tastefully decorated.
– Based on the ground floor of Unit 1, there is an expansive living room dripping with luxe yet warm wooden interiors.

– This room can seat up to 8 people comfortably.
– There is a cosy dining area which is a component of the living room that can seat up to 8 people.
– Based on the ground floor of Unit 2, there is an expansive living room dripping with luxe yet warm wooden interiors.
– It is replete with a range of amenities such as a comfortable sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, a quaint fireplace, a portable music system, a portable CCTV camera, and a heater.
– This room can seat up to 8 people comfortably.
– There is a cosy dining area which is a component of the living room that can seat up to 8 people.
– Unit 3 houses two individual studio apartments, each with an attached balcony that offers the perfect spot for a morning cup of your preferred brew.
– Each of these balconies has ample snug seating arrangements for up to 8 people.

– Both units have a huge verandah on the ground floor that opens up to a private lawn. 
– Unit 1 and Unit 2 each feature a separate private lawn area that spreads up to an area of about 5000 sq.ft. 
– Blending well with the viridescent pastels of the surroundings, both lawns also feature snug seating arrangements for up to 8 people each. 
– Decked with sun canopies and outdoor furniture, these lawns are quite ideal for an early morning stroll or for simply lounging around.

KITCHEN
– Each unit has an individual kitchenette that can be accessed by guests to prepare their own meals.
– They are equipped with a microwave, water purifier, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate, mixer, and grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are also provided.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Alternatively, guests can choose to prepare their own meals.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff on prior request at an additional cost. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

    • The location of the villa is secluded.
    • This is a pet-friendly property.
    • In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 5 hours.
    • All mobile networks work fairly well here.
    • Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
    • Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
    • Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
    • This is a standalone property and houses 3 separate units.
    • There are CCTV cameras that capture the common spaces and external areas of the property.
    • The caretaker resides on the premises of the property.
    • The property is home to four friendly dogs and a cat.
    • Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
    • Smoking is allowed in the exteriors only.
    • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  • Policy
    • The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
    • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
    • Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
    • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
    • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
    • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
    • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
    • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
    • A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
    • This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
