This is not a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 8 spacious bedrooms – 4 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi access, TV, electric kettle and attached bathrooms.
– All bedrooms offer a separate seating area, featuring comfortable furnishings.
– The bedrooms also open up to private, furnished balconies that overlook the surrounding landscapes.

BATHROOMS
– There are 8 attached bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have separate dressing areas, boilers, hairdryers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There is a cosy living room on the ground floor of this villa.
– With its comfortable sofa-style seating, this room can easily accommodate up to 5 people.
– It is equipped with amenities that include an AC, Wi-Fi, and a portable music system.
– There is a separate, shared dining area on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 30 people.
– The home also features spacious balconies for each room where scenic vistas of the surrounding landscapes can be captured.
– The property is enveloped in lush verdancy and boasts a common 10000 sq.ft. lawn, with an attached gazebo.
– This villa also has a private outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak or unwind with their loved ones.
– The lawn features slides and swings for children.
– The property also features several open sit-out spots where guests can spend some quality time catching up.
– There is a separate games room as well, that features a multitude of indoor games like table tennis, a snooker table, carrom, darts, and a shared pool table.
– The living room opens up to the private, outdoor pool, 20×30 sq. ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– All meals can be provided in-house for an additional charge on an A la carte basis.
– Meal prices may vary subject to availability.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The stay is a part of a gated community and there are several units on the premises. The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities like the lawn and the games room.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
A getaway nestled in the quaint town of Igatpuri, this home offers a variety of experiences. Within the property, guests can start their day with an elaborate breakfast, while they soak in the morning rays. Grab a bicycle and take a tour of the property. Enjoy a refreshing splash in the private swimming pool and bask in the sun. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. The lawn features several cosy sit-outs that make for ideal spots for a snuggle with your favourite book. And what’s more? The property also features a separate gaming zone with a plethora of indoor games to have a little healthy competition with your friends and fam. Relish a lavish barbecue spread around the bonfire.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit can be made available at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per session. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals.
– A bonfire session can be availed at an extra cost of Rs.1200 per hour.
