The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 4 bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor.
– The bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a double bed, AC and ensuite bathroom.
– There is an additional room on the first floor, with a sofa-cum-bed, an AC and an ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– An additional bathroom is attached to the 5th room, which is equipped with a bathtub.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with plush seating arrangements and stocked bookshelves along with a carrom board.
– It offers a variety of amenities including a TV.
– The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 10 people comfortably.
– The exteriors of the property feature massive gardens, featuring a gazebo, swings and a basketball net.
KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery.
FOOD
– All meals are priced at Rs.2200 for vegetarian, per person, per day.
– Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
– For groups fewer than 6 people, a cook can be arranged at an additional charge, if confirmed 48hrs prior to the check-in date.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
– Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants such as German Bakery, Rama Krishna, Kinara Dhaba and Sunny Da Dhaba.
– Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via phone or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
