The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 6 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor, 1 in the treehouse and 2 in the outhouse.
– All rooms have AC, heater, TV, WiFi, wardrobe, king-sized bed, electric kettle, hairdryer.
– All rooms offer hill views, while 4 rooms have balconies.

BATHROOMS
– There are 7 bathrooms – 6 attached, 1 common.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. 

COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor and seats up to 12 people.
– It offers a music system, AC, TV, WiFi and heater.
– The dining room has AC and seating for 14 people.
– There is a terrace and sunroom.
– There is a 600 sq. ft. lawn with a gazebo and machan.
– There is a private swimming pool, 24×10 feet wide and 4 feet deep.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 of your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per head per night. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing splash in the pool or play indoor games like table tennis. Take a leisurely stroll on the lawn and unwind on the gazebo. Head up to the machan and soak in the gorgeous landscapes. Bask in the morning sun while in the sunroom. Savour the splendid landscapes from the terrace. Embrace the beauty around and go home relaxed and rejuvenated. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
– Bonfire can be setup at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session.
– Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– There is a dog at the property.
– In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
– The host and caretaker stay on the premises of the same property.
– WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
– Owing to the drop in temperatures during winter, the swimming pool will not be operational from the months of November to March. 
– Kindly note, that construction is in progress within the premises of the property. 

 

HOUSE RULES
– Outside food is not allowed.
– Guests are requested to be mindful and keep the noise to a minimum during the evenings.
– Loud music is not allowed outside post 10:30 PM, and loud music inside the villa is strictly not permitted.
– The staff will not cook any outside food.
– Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
– Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
– One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
– Consumption of non-veg food is allowed.
– Guests are requested to adhere to the meal timings.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

– Hookah is strictly prohibited at the premises of the property.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
