– Each bedroom oozing serenity and a subtle colour palette offers a plethora of amenities such as a king-sized bed, heater, Wi-Fi access, a wardrobe, and a designated workstation.
– Equipped with an attached balcony, each bedroom provides an unending backdrop of the viridescent valley.
– All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
BATHROOMS
– There are 8 ensuite bathrooms in the villa – 2 each in an apartment.
– All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– Make your way through the common lobby on the ground floor to the pristine, luxe interiors of this charming abode.
– This spacious common lobby area with ground-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the surrounding greenery features lounge seating that can accommodate up to 15 people.
– It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a heater, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a wired CCTV camera.
– Adding to its leisurely aura, the lobby also features a pool table and table tennis.
– Each of the 4 apartments houses a living room on the lower ground floor, just adjacent to the cosy bedrooms.
– Equipped with a TV, heater and an electric kettle, these rooms with their lounge-type seating can accommodate up to 6 people each.
– Every nook of each of these cosy apartmental living rooms offers a stunning backdrop where guests can choose to grab a book and a hot steaming cuppa.
– The dining area is a part of the common lobby on the ground floor and can seat up to 15 people comfortably.
– It is equipped with a heater and TV.
– The floor-to-ceiling windows open up to a spacious balcony where guests can catch the vivid hues of the skies above.
– Each of these luxe apartments also offers 2 cosy balconies at the front and back replete with comfortable furnishings that can seat up to 4 people each.

KITCHENS
– Each apartment has a separate kitchen, where guests have access only for reheating purposes.
– These kitchens are equipped with a microwave and water purifier. One of the kitchens’ has a gas stove, while the other offers an induction plate.
– Guests do not have access to the main kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are also provided in each of these kitchens.
FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Guests can choose to eat out or order in from the nearby eateries.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the main kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10:00 PM.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 males and 2 females at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 each inclusive of breakfast. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– This is not a pet-friendly property.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights, fans and plug points for up to 4 hours.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
– There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the parking space of the property for security purposes.
– The caretaker resides near the premises of the property.
– This is a standalone property.
HOUSE RULES
– Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
