The Space:

BEDROOMS
– Straight out of a tropical painting, this beachside villa in Alibaug is where luxury meets comfort. With interiors that amalgamate with the lush exteriors that encircle it, this property houses 5 luxe bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
– Each with a distinct aura of its own, a blend of vintage furnishings and modern amenities is a common element that can be seen throughout the interiors of these bedrooms.
– All rooms offer a range of amenities such as an extra sofa bed, AC, wardrobe, Wi-Fi access, and an ensuite bathroom.
– 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms on the first floor offer queen-sized beds whereas one of the rooms on the first floor has a king-sized four-poster bed.
– All bedrooms open up to a stunning backdrop of a verdurous garden, and the sweet symphony of the ocean waves hitting against the sandy shores.
– 1 room on the ground floor is equipped with an attic, while 1 room on the ground and first floor each have a balcony.
– Catch up on your favourite rom-com and thrillers right from the comfort of your own bed as 1 bedroom on the ground floor and first floor offer a TV each.
– Relax and rejuvenate in the indoor jacuzzi offered in one of the rooms on the first floor.

BATHROOMS
– There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room – on the ground floor.
– One of the ensuite bathrooms also offers a jacuzzi.
– All bathrooms are equipped with all modern necessities, including geysers, towels, and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– With interiors that marry a vintage, tropical and chic aesthetic, set afoot through the semi-circular courtyard that resembles the pearl white arch-shaped facade to the charming and spacious interiors of this beachside villa.
– Through the airy verandahs, step into the living room with a sofa-style seating arrangement for 7 people.
– Featuring a range of amenities – both lavish and designed for ultimate comfort, the room has 2 ACs, a wired music system, and Wi-Fi access.
– There is a TV room with a snug swing and a comfortable sofa on the first floor that can accommodate up to 4 people.
– A walk through the spacious confines of the living room on the ground floor will lead you to the dining area.
– It can seat up to 8 people comfortably and is equipped with an AC.
– With a host of indoor games, one can engage in some friendly competitive rounds of table tennis in the games room situated on the ground floor.
– Wake up to the melodies of the birdsongs, and a backdrop of the swaying palms and pristine blue waters of the ocean that can be witnessed on the balcony on the first floor.
– This space is replete with comfortable seating arrangements for up to 7 people.
– With exteriors as extravagant and spacious as the interiors, step into a space surrounded by nothing but viridescent hues of the palms and lush green lawn.
– Featuring 2 lawns spreading across an area of 300  and 500 sq. ft. it also features a small pond and a quaint gazebo, perfect for spending your evenings.
– The vast expanse of the lawns is replete with snug seating spaces that can accommodate 9 people at a time and 2 swings.
– The exteriors are also home to 5 uniquely stunning banyan trees that have beautifully aged to up to 100 years.
– Under the canopy of these trees, guests can enjoy a quick respite and set up a picnic spread, or simply engage in some rejuvenating meditation sessions.
– One can also challenge their inner lawn tennis aficionado and opt to play the game on the tennis court located on the premises.
– The lawn tennis court proves to be absolutely beneficial for those who want to adapt their healthy lifestyle while on a holiday.
– Engage in competitive singles and doubles matches with your friends and family, and make your stay with us a bit more memorable!
– Guests can bring their racquets and shoes, the other accessories can be provided at the property.
– The exteriors of this opulent abode are an absolute delight and are encompassed with soothing greenery and ample sit-out spots.
– The main highlight of this beachside abode is the massive pool flanked by spacious outdoor sunbeds on one side and endless greenery on the other.
– The pool is 16×25 ft. in size and is 4.5 ft. deep.
– Guests can access the pool from 7 AM to 10 PM.
– The exteriors also feature a canopied walkway that runs through the 5-acre property. This is where guests can indulge in some healthy morning exercises, or jogs.
– With direct access to the beach, guests can enjoy a stroll along the sandy shores of the beach or dip their toes in the pristine waves.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian meals is allowed.
– Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen and the terrace. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 7 AM  to 10 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 people at an additional cost of Rs. 1500. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Tucked away in pastels of green lies this luxe holiday home offering a spectrum of experiences to indulge in. The outdoor swings and gazebo offer the perfect place and backdrop to immerse yourself in your favourite literary masterpieces. Catch up with your favourite rom-com, and thrillers in the TV room or engage in a friendly match of lawn tennis or table tennis. There are bicycles at the property which the guests can use to roam around the bylanes of this tropical town. Enjoy the cool breeze while exploring the local markets, beaches, and cafes here. Reserve your evenings for a scrumptious barbecue meal while huddling around the bonfire. This charming abode is bound to leave you with a trove full of memories.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per use. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– Guests can access the bar area for no charge.
– Guests have access to the washing machine on prior request only.
– Guests can use the bicycles at the property for riding through the town for an additional charge. Please note that the bikes are suitable for beginners and riders of all ages.
– The property is easily accessible through private speedboats that can be arranged for at an additional cost.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
