– Warm wooden interiors, equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay

ADD-ON SERVICES
– All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
– A barbecue setup can be arranged for the guests at an extra cost. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Al fresco dining can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 2000 per dining session.
– Bonfire session can be availed at an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per session. To extend the session a surcharge of Rs. 750 per hour will be applicable.
– The villa attendant can take the guests for a trek nearby at an extra price of Rs. 1200 per trek.

PET POLICY
– Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 3 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1200.
– In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets.
– Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
vAs a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
– Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
– Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

- The caretaker stays on the same property premises. The staff will be available from 7 AM to 11:30 PM.
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any insects or bugs due to the villa location.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
