The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 airconditioned bedrooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer a plethora of amenities to ensure your utmost comfort, including a heater, king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, TV and ensuite bathrooms.
– All bedrooms open up to attached, furnished balconies overlooking the plunging valleys and gardens.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 ensuite bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The home opens up to the spacious living room, embellished with real wood furnishings that can accommodate up to 8 people.
– It boasts a spectrum of amenities including an AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wired music system, heater, karaoke setup and a CCTV camera for security purposes.
– The first floor houses the well-lit dining area, featuring floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking breathtaking landscapes of the mountains.
– It is equipped with a dining table and seating for up to 8 people.
– There is a library with a curated collection of books.
– The living room opens up to the lush, manicured garden adorned with colourful pots and plants that is 5000 sq. ft. in size.
– The lawn features over 65 species of plants and sun loungers, ideal for a day spent basking in the sun.
– The exteriors of this beautiful home also include the alfresco dining area, with comfortable outdoor seating and a sun umbrella.
– Guests can head over to the scenic gazebo for an evening amidst nature and refreshing breeze. It is equipped with ample seating arrangements.
– Guests can lounge by the wooden crafted porch, and soak in the wondrous views of the skies.
– Guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the private plunge pool, 23×13 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth, that overlooks spectacular views of the mountains and valleys.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– A limited complimentary breakfast is served.
– All other meals can be provided at an additional cost. Food is served by an outside vendor, who will prepare the food and bring it to the property.
– Meal timings will be strictly adhered to.
– Outside food is strictly not allowed.
– Consumption and reheating of non-vegetarian food is allowed..

    • The last 500 m. leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
    • The location of the villa is secluded.
    • This is not a pet-friendly property.
    • Please be mindful and keep the noise to a minimum after 10 PM as per the Noise Pollution Act.
    • There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and exteriors of the property for security purposes.
    • In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 72 hours.
    • The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 7 AM to 10:30 PM.
    • A baby bassinet can be provided on demand.
    • Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
    • All mobile networks work fairly well here.
    • Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
    • Smoking and hookah are allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
    • Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
    • We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
    • All male and female groups are allowed.
    • Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
  • Policy
    • The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
    • The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
    • Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
    • All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
    • All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
    • Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
    • Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
    • Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
    • A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
    • This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
