Guests will have full and private access to this boutique property! This includes the villa’s 5 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms as well as an extra washroom, open-plan living and dining areas, kitchen, private outdoor swimming pool and patio with alfresco dining, balconies, sunset terrace and manicured gardens!

– Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.

– We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.

– There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours.

– A Security deposit of Rs. 20000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.

– Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property.

– Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.

– Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.

– Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable.

– We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request.

– BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
