This aptly named property, literally surrounded by vineyards and mango plantations, is a much-needed peaceful refuge away from the chaos and bustle of everyday urban life. Whether you’re lounging by the gazebo, strolling through the dewy lawns at daybreak, or keeping an eye out for the various species of birds that surround you, this exquisite home provides the ideal setting for a staycation with your friends and family.

This is a wheel-chair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 well-furnished rooms – 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.
– All rooms offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra foldable bed, AC, Wi-Fi access and a wardrobe.
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
– All rooms overlook the lush green lawn and the surrounding forest.
– 2 of the rooms on the ground floor open up to the pool area.
– All rooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom – near the pool area.
– All attached bathrooms offer a separate dressing area, geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
– The common bathroom near the pool is not equipped with a geyser.

COMMON AREAS
– There is an expansive living room on the ground floor of this property adorned with modern and plush furnishings.
– With its sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 12 people.
– The living room is complete with amenities such as a TV, AC, Wi-Fi, and a portable music system.
– The dining area is a component of the living room and can seat up to 8 people.
– It is equipped with an AC and TV.
– The property is also equipped with a collection of indoor games for guests to indulge in.
– Catch stunning vistas of the surroundings on the terrace which has ample seating arrangements for up to 12 people.
– The exteriors of this property boast a well-manicured lawn which covers an area of about 1000 sq.ft and can seat up to 50 people. It also features a beautiful gazebo.
– It also features a cosy sit-out space where guests can relax and light up a bonfire if the weather does get a little chilly.
– The lawn area offers beautiful vistas of the garden and dense forest area.
– Adjacent to the lawn lies the outdoor swimming pool with a deck.
– It is 12×4 sq.mt in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
– Guests can access the pool between timings 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
– There is a special kids’ play area with swings and slides near the entrance of this property.
– The property also features stunning mango orchards and provisions for a guided farm walk.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire property. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 males at an additional charge of Rs.1500 per person. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Within the premises of the property, guests can enjoy a de-stressing soak in the pool or simply unwind by the deck sipping on their favourite drink. Guests can enjoy some quality family time while playing some indoor board games. There is a special designated kids’ play area with swings and slides at the entrance of the property. Sip on your favourite piping hot drink on the terrace while soaking in the verdant hues of the nearby farms and forests this place has to offer. Stroll along the expanse of the green garden or let your inner child out to play an array of outdoor fun games. For fun and chill nights, guests can request for a bonfire or barbeque to be lit up. All bird-watching aficionados can explore the diversity of the birds that flock around the area. Guests can also request a guided farm tour.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– A bonfire setup can be availed at an extra cost of Rs.300 per session.
– Guests can access the clothes dryer and the guided farm walk at no additional charges.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
