This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 2 bedrooms and 1 glass room – all on the ground floor.
– The third bedroom can be accessed from the outside.
– 2 rooms have queen-size beds while 1 room has a double bed.
– Curtains are provided in the glass room to assure privacy and shade.
– All bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
– There are 3 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living area seats 6 people comfortably.
– The dining area seats 6 people.
– There are two lawns in the villa that can accommodate up to 30 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests have free access to the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles, and reheating food.
– However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, and water purifier.
– Crockery and cutlery are available for 30 people.

FOOD
– Lunch and dinner can be prepared at an additional cost of Rs.500 per person, per meal, per day.
– An elaborate breakfast and evening snacks will be provided at an additional cost of Rs.150 & Rs.100 per person, per day respectively.
– Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Kinara Dhaba, Swagat Restaurant, and Ramakrishna Hotel.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities like the lawn and the games room.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.500 per person, per day, excluding meals and taxes.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a peaceful read, and play games like carrom, cards, ludo, or badminton. Guests can also take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty.
