– Secured parking space for up to 4 cars

The Space:

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 spacious bedrooms – 3 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms offer a heater, Wi-Fi access, king-sized beds, electric kettle, attached bathrooms, and garden/valley views.
– 3 bedrooms are equipped with AC. There is a TV in 2 bedrooms.
– The room on the first floor also offers a designated workstation and an attached balcony overlooking beautiful views.  

BATHROOMS
– There are 4 bathrooms in the villa – all attached.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
– A separate dressing area is offered in 2 bathrooms, and the bathroom on the first floor offers a bathtub. 

COMMON AREAS
– The living room is on the ground floor, offering sofa-style seating for up to 9 people.
– It is equipped with amenities such as a heater, AC, Wi-Fi, and a TV.
– The dining area is a part of the living room. It provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people.
– The exteriors of the villa include two sprawling lawns, 600 sq. ft. and 500 sq. ft. in size. 
– Each can accommodate 15 and 12 people respectively.
– One of the lawns has an attached gazebo.

KITCHEN
– Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
– It is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
– Breakfast is complimentary.
– Vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal. 
– Non-vegetarian lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per person, per meal. 
– Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 6 AM to 11 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per night, exclusive of meal charges. The staff members will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful stroll in the lawn and soak in the stunning views around. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use.
– A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for a duration of 2 hours.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– In case of a power outage, the 30KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours.
– Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
– All mobile networks work fairly well here.
– During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.

HOUSE RULES
– Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
– Alcohol consumption is allowed only in designated areas.
– Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
– All-male groups are not allowed.
– Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
– The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
– The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
– Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
– All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
– All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
– Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
– Any illegal activity – including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics – is strictly not permitted.
– Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
– A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
– This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
