The Space:

Please note that if this listing is booked, guests will have access to 4 villas with 5 bedrooms each.

BEDROOMS
– There are 4 villas with 5 bedrooms each – 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor, 1 on the second floor.
– All bedrooms are air-conditioned & offer a plethora of amenities including a comfortable double bed, wardrobes, Wi-Fi access and ensuite bathrooms.
– Selected bedrooms offer balconies that open up to a gorgeous view of the surrounding hills.
– Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
– There are 20 ensuite bathrooms.
– All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– There are 4 living rooms – all on the ground floor.
– Each of the living rooms on the ground floor seat up to 10 people and are equipped with a TV, music system and Wi-Fi access.
– Please note that there is no air-conditioning in the living room areas.
– Each of the villas offer a private lawn & a terrace with seating space where guests can sit out and relax while having a cup of their favourite beverage.
– The villas are also equipped with a number of indoor & outdoor gaming arrangements including carrom, chess, badminton, cricket, playing cards etc.
– There is a swimming pool at each villa, 20×12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants. However, for elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs.1500 per day will be levied.
– It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier and a mixer-grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
– Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.

FOOD
– Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– The meals will be delivered to the villa.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The stay is a part of a gated community and there are several units on the premises. The guests have access to three villas and the common outdoor spaces. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can take a peaceful walk by the lush garden and embrace the beauty of the view around. There are a myriad of indoor games like badminton, carrom, pool etc. that are available at the property for guests to enjoy & have a memorable time with their loved ones. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up.
