House Rules
- It is not allowed to include more people in the rental property than stated in the booking confirmation. Extra charges will apply at ₹ 5,000 per person per night, if at all it is within the hosting capacity of the villa.
- Use safety lockers for valuables. The management and staff are unable to assume responsibility in case of any misplaced items.
- If any keys are lost, the lock cylinders will be replaced by the locksmith for safety reasons and the same will be billed as actuals.
- All staff must have at least 10 hours per 24 hours rest time. From 1 am to 7 am, all staff must retire to their rooms.

Vivanta Stays - Payment & Booking PolicyAt Vivanta Stays, we ensure a seamless booking process while maintaining transparency in our policies. Please review the payment and booking terms below to secure your villa:Booking & Payment Process•Once the payment is processed, kindly share the payment screenshot with your designated sales executive. We will soft block the villa for a few hours.•A token payment only holds the villa for a limited time. To confirm the booking, 50% advance payment (or the advised amount) must be made.•Once the token amount is received, the remaining 50% (or the discussed balance) must be paid within 24 hours to ensure the villa is fully blocked for your dates.Booking Confirmation & Communication•Upon receiving the advance payment, our operations team will issue a booking confirmation voucher and create a WhatsApp group for easy coordination.•Any increase in the number of guests must be pre-approved by the sales executive, and extra charges will apply accordingly.•Availability is dynamic, so we encourage swift payment processing to secure your preferred dates.Additional Policies•Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.•A refundable security deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at checkout, provided no damages are incurred. For certain villas, this deposit is refunded within 72 hours after checkout.•Peak Season Policy: For bookings during Diwali, Christmas, New Year’s, and other peak dates, 100% payment is required at the time of booking, with no soft blocking available.For any clarifications, please reach out to your Vivanta Stays executive.
