Home Rules and Truths
At Eternia, we aim to provide you with an exceptional and stress-free experience. To ensure that your stay is pleasant and in line with our standards, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules and policies:
Guest Capacity
- It is not permitted to exceed the number of guests stated in the booking confirmation. Should additional guests arrive, extra charges will apply at ₹5,000 per person per night. This is subject to the villa’s hosting capacity and availability.
Valuables and Security
- Please use the safety lockers provided for securing valuables. The management and staff cannot be held responsible for any misplaced or lost items during your stay.
Key Loss
- In the event of lost keys, we will replace the lock cylinders for safety purposes, and the charges will be billed at actual costs.
Staff Rest Time
- All staff members are entitled to a minimum of 10 hours rest time per 24 hours. Between 1 am and 7 am, staff will retire to their rooms to ensure their well-being.

- Our Chef is at your service to prepare delicious meals!
- Ingredients and groceries will be charged at actuals, with receipts provided based on your requests or kitchen needs.
- We offer one free grocery run per day.
- You may also order food from nearby Goa restaurants, who are happy to deliver to the villa. Please contact our concierge team for restaurant reservations.
Stay with Responsibility
- For your comfort and convenience, windows and doors should be closed when not needed to avoid mosquito entry.
- Turn off lights and electronic devices when not in use — this helps conserve energy, and we greatly appreciate it!
- Any damages to the property will be deducted from your security deposit.
General Policies
- No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas like balconies or the garden.
- Pets – Pets are allowed upon prior approval. Please ensure that one guest is always present to care for your pet.
- Pool Cleanliness – If food or drink spills into the pool or if pollutants (such as firecrackers) make a mess, a ₹25,000 pool cleaning charge will apply, as professional cleaning services and chemicals will be required.
- Furniture – Please do not move indoor furniture outside to avoid any damage to the property.
- Decorations – Kindly avoid tampering with or altering any decorative items in the villa.
- Safety – No flammable, explosive materials, or objects with unpleasant odors are allowed. Additionally, drugs and illegal/immoral activities are strictly prohibited.
Parties and Events
- While parties/events are not allowed at the villa, we can assist in organizing sit-down dinners or barbecues with a guest count of up to 4 people, upon prior approval.
- Music – Music must be kept indoors between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am to ensure peaceful rest for neighbors. Noise disturbances are subject to local laws.
Swimming Pool Safety
- No lifeguard is on duty at the pool, so please ensure you swim responsibly. Owners/management are not liable for any accidents, particularly involving children.
- After swimming, please dry off completely before using any indoor furniture.
- Towels should be used responsibly. We encourage water conservation, so please avoid unnecessary towel changes.
Acknowledgement
By staying with us, you confirm that you have signed the Pool Waiver Form and agree to our Terms & Conditions for a smooth and comfortable stay. We ask that all guests in your group also adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of everyone.

Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
