The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
–    There are 4 bedrooms – 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the second floor.
–    ACs are provided in all rooms.
–    2 rooms on the first floor share a common balcony, while 1 bedroom has a private one.
–    Most rooms have attached bathrooms.
–    All 4 rooms have king-size beds.

BATHROOMS
–    There are 3 private attached bathrooms in the villa, and 1 shared bathroom.
–    The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
–    All bathrooms have geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
–    The living room has a flat-screen TV and portable music system.
–     Living room is not equipped with an AC.
–    It has seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
–    There is a private lawn where guests can host small gatherings or parties.
–    Outdoor seating can accommodate approximately 12 people.

KITCHEN
– Guests may use the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at no additional cost. For elaborate meal preparations, an additional charge of Rs. 1200 per day will be levied.
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and water purifier.
– Crockery and Cutlery is available for 12 people.

FOOD
– The caretaker prepares all basic meals (Lunch, Hi-Tea, Dinner and next day Breakfast) at an additional charge of Rs.4000 per day. Ingredients/raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
– Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.
– All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
– Guests can also order in or take away from nearby restaurants such as – Mapro Restaurant (3 km) and Kamath Restaurant (1 km).
– Consumption of non-veg is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa as well as the lawns. The villa has a private entrance. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM till 9 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
– Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1500 per session.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
– Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
– We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a number of indoor games like carrom, Monopoly, chess or outdoor activities such as badminton. One can also head out to experience all that Panchgani has to offer as the cottage is very conveniently located.HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
– Given the increased need for sanitization and deep cleaning required before every stay, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs for the safety of the guests and staff members.
– This is neither a wheel-chair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.
– The villa has CCTV cameras in the living room and outdoor sections of the property for security purposes.
– The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
– In case of a power outage, the inverter can support everything for up to 2 hours except for the heavy appliances like AC & fridge.
– Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of monkeys around. Guests are requested to not feed them or leave personal belongings on the balcony or lawn.
– Wi-Fi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
– Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, Vi work fairly well here.
– Owing to the monsoon season, there may be water seepage in the villas.
