BEDROOMS
– There are 6 bedrooms in the villa – 2 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.
– All bedrooms have ACs.
– 3 bedrooms have an attached balcony.
– All rooms have attached bathrooms.
– 3 rooms have king-size beds, while 2 rooms offer double-beds. The sixth room has a queen-size bed. The villa also has a sofa bed that can be used to sleep.

BATHROOMS
– There are 6 private attached bathrooms in the villa.
– There’s also 1 shared bathroom in the villa on the ground floor.
– The bathrooms are absolutely neat and tidy.
– All bathrooms have electric geysers, towels and toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
– The living room has a flat-screen TV, portable music system, AC and WiFi accessibility and a balcony. 
– It has seating arrangements for up to 6-7 people.
– The villa has a private pool for guests to use.
– There’s a private lawn where guests can unwind.

KITCHEN
– The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and bottled water.
– Guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen at no additional charges.
– Crockery is available for 12-14 people.

FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Please inform us about your meal preferences well in advance so we are well prepared to serve you.

GUEST ACCESS
– The guests have access to the entire villa, as well as the pool and lawns.
– In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

HOUSE RULES
– Loud music is not allowed after 10 PM.
– Drinking is allowed at the villa.
– Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. However, you can smoke outdoors.
– Pets are not allowed.
– All-male groups are not allowed. 
– College students are not permitted to stay at the villa.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private pool, games such as Monopoly, carrom, and music. One can also head out to experience all that Goa has to offer as the villa is very conveniently located.

Sangolda is a scenic village situated in the Bardez Taluka of North Goa. It is situated close to Porvorim and is around 8 km away from the main city of Panaji. A primarily agricultural area, one can see a number of fields in the village of Sangolda. There is also an old school situated here known as the Shiksha Niketan School. The area is like a melting pot of cultures and you can find many churches, temples, restaurants in Sangolda. A popular residential spot during colonial times, the village is famous for its well-preserved Portuguese mansions and thick coconut groves. Casa Do Amor is conveniently located close to all these adventures that Goa offers.
