The Space:
BEDROOMS
– There are 3 well-furnished air-conditioned rooms – all on the ground floor of the property.
– All bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, extra mattresses, Wi-Fi & wardrobes.
– All bedrooms have an attached patio overlooking the azure hues of the sea.
– The rooms are also equipped with ensuite bathrooms.
BATHROOMS
– There are 2 attached bathrooms and one ensuite powder room on the ground floor.
– The ensuite powder room is not equipped with shower facilities.
– Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
COMMON AREAS
– There is a spacious patio on the ground floor of the property that can comfortably seat up to 9 people.
– The guests can choose any nook of the home whether it be the common patio or the extensive exteriors to sip on a hot cuppa while overlooking the sandy beach.
– Furnished with a parasol and ample sweating, this patio can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people.
– This home boasts 3 acres of a sprawling verdant lawn with coconut palms that give the home a beachy vibe.
KITCHEN
– Guests can access the kitchen premises for reheating purposes.
– Additionally, they can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000.
– It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, water purifier, mixer and grinder.
– Crockery and cutlery are available.
FOOD
– Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
– A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
– The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
– Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
– Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
-Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present between 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for up to 2 male and 1 female staff member at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meal charges. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.
ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim on the secluded beach. They can take a peaceful stroll on the lawn amidst coconut palms and bask in the sun. They can soak in the gorgeous views of the vast sea from the patios. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a hearty barbecue meal.
ADD-ON SERVICES
– Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional charge of Rs.500 per use.
– Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per pet.
– Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- The property is located in a secluded area
- This home is not suitable for wheelchair users and guests with mobility challenges.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support the ACs and refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- There is also an inverter that can support all lights and fans for up to 5 hours.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- The caretaker’s pet dog resides on the property premises for security purposes.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for security purposes.
- The rooms are in the form of separate cottages. These cottages are connected via a common patio.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Vodafone work fairly well here.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that the dining set-up will be moved into one of the bedrooms in case of heavy rains, as the patio is open-to-sky.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
