Unaccounted guests are not allowed. – We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, and reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. – There are occasional power cuts in Goa.
The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. – Being located in a community, we don’t allow loud music in the outdoor section of the property. – Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally.
Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. – Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
– Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily will be chargeable. – We provide soap, shower gel, and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits, etc are all on request
– BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice

Cancellation policy
- For cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the check-in date, 80%* of the booking amount will be refunded via the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note, which can be redeemed at the originally booked Villa.
- For cancellations made 8-14 days prior to the check-in date, 50%* of the booking amount will be refunded.
- For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Standard Cancellation Policy does not apply to peak or blackout dates. Refunds are only available if 100% payment has been made. Partial payments are non-refundable.
