• An indoor stairwell leads you up to the first floor’s games room.

• The games area is perfect for fun-filled evenings with Poker, UNO, Monopoly, and more. The space also offers a serene outdoor balcony with views of tall trees and natural ventilation, adding to the relaxed vibe of the villa.

Bedroom 3:

• This luxurious bedroom features a king-size bed and provides a stunning view of the lush greenery surrounding the villa, offering you a peaceful retreat for restful nights.

Bedroom 4:

• Unwind in this elegant room with a poster bed, a cozy armchair facing the balcony, and beautiful views of the lush outdoors. It comes with an attached bathroom for your convenience.

Bedroom 5:

• A cozy retreat surrounded by greenery. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in this room, with a convenient attached bathroom. Note: This bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom.

Second Floor:

Lounge Area:

• This charming lounge area is perfect for cozy conversations and relaxation, featuring a swing and low-height seating. For music lovers, grab the guitar and enjoy impromptu jam sessions. Swimming Pool (25 Ft x 10 Ft):

• The inviting swimming pool is the perfect spot to cool off, relax, and enjoy time with your loved ones. The pool area is designed for socializing and taking refreshing dips, making it ideal for family and friends.

Other Points to Note:

Smoking:

• Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on balconies, terraces, and around the swimming pool. Please use the provided ashtrays.

Housekeeping:

• Daily housekeeping is included in your stay. If additional assistance is required, our staff is happy to help, subject to availability. Tipping is appreciated for good service.

Chef on Call for Lunch/Dinner:

• If you’re craving some home-cooked food, a chef on call can be arranged at an additional cost. Our villa is also conveniently located near famous eateries, and your favorite meals can be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Music:

• Bluetooth Marshall Speakers are available for your enjoyment. Music is allowed indoors, but please note that loud music is not permitted, as this is a local rule throughout Goa. Music must be kept at a moderate volume, respecting local norms.

Security Deposit:

• A security deposit of ₹15,000/- is collected before check-in. This deposit is refundable if no damages are caused to the property.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire villa, except for the staff quarters and terraces.
