• Music Restrictions: To maintain peace within the gated community, music is not permitted in the outdoor areas.
• Power Backup: The villa is equipped with a generator that supports all appliances for up to 8-10 hours during occasional power cuts.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit of Rs. 20,000 is required at check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout.
• Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and additional charges. Prior approval is required for late check-outs.
• Identity Proof: Mandatory for all guests staying at the villa.

Linen: Bed linens and towels are changed every 2 days. Requests for daily changes will incur additional charges.
Additional Amenities: Basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and shower gel are provided. Other amenities like dental kits and shaving kits are available upon request.
