✔ Security Deposit: ₹20,000 to be collected at check-in and refunded 72 hours after checkout.
✔ Music Policy: Being in a gated community, outdoor music is not allowed.
✔ Power Backup: Goa experiences occasional power cuts; however, the villa is equipped with a generator backup that supports all appliances for up to 8-10 hours.
✔ Housekeeping: Linen & towels are changed every 2 days. Daily change is available at an additional cost.
✔ Check-Out Policy: Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Prior approval is required.
✔ ID Proof Requirement: All guests must provide valid identity proof upon check-in.
✔ Additional Amenities: Dental & shaving kits are available upon request.
